I just want to say Home and Apartments was extremely vital to me getting an apartment. I was worried this was all a scam but, it certainly was not a scam. Amber was great in giving me the courage to move forward with them. Then I received the email from Dory outlining what I needed to do and less than 4 days letter I got approved . I wanted to say thank you to Jomira Hernandez for helping secure an apartment for me. I was recently approved for an apartment and she was great to work with. She provided a comprehensive list of apartments with her recommendations , reached out to the office and provided me with a good contact who could walk me through the process. My move in day will be in two weeks and I couldn’t be happier. The process took about a month.

I’m still in shock about how quickly Home Rental Helpers worked with us to end the 3 year struggle my brother and I faced after the start of the 2020 pandemic. First and foremost, I want to personally thank Esther for her diligent work in giving us an extraordinary list of apartment and home options from the many zip codes I gave her within the MetroAtlanta area. It was important that we were flexible in us moving back to were we left off, but her listing gave me peace of mind in knowing that she was willing to put in the work to give us a list of options, and contact whichever ones we preferred. I would be wrong if I didn’t mention Mar who gave me confidence in even trying this service, by reaching back out to ME after an online inquiry, making what happen to us less of an issue and more of a small mountain to climb, in our search for stable housing.
Three years ago we lost everything and had to move out of state for two of those years. Based on the unfortunate nature of how we left, we were unaware that our precious landlord pretty much distroyed any easy way to get a new place to stay once we were finally financially able to move back to Georgia. Even tryng to settle for areas we originally wanted to avoid didn’t work. No one seemed to budge, and we were wondering if we could actually move back. However, with Esther’s quickness and ability to follow through with contacts, she was able to land the lead that was willling to work with our situation within the first week!
Mar was honest in informing me from the beginning to give their service 4-6 weeks, so I’m not saying this would be the specific case for everybody; however, we are extremely blessed and fortunate that we successfully MOVED in yesterday (Sept 8th) which was MUCH earlier than expected. It literally took slightly less than 4 weeks from my payment to a lease. I still can’t believe I have a key again to my own sovereignty. And a townhome at that (lol)! Honest to God, thank ya’ll soooo much, you helped save us from a really bad series of events. I will definitely be spending the word about what you did for us.
And peace and blessing to all who are going through these rough times. If it’s a housing issue, I say give them a call.

Our lease was up in Sacramento.
We decided to move down to Southern California to be closer to my 2 year’s old grandparents. Come to find out my 9 year old bankruptcy and 586 credit score became a huge roadblock.
I spent over 200 dollars in application fees to get rejected.
We came down and ended up staying in a motel paying weekly rates average 80 a night.
560 a week with no prospects to live after being turned down.
Time and money started dwindling.
STRESS ALL TIME HIGH !!
Then we were blessed with a call from Deborah. She listened and understood our situation.
Helped bring up our confidence and overcame all our concerns.
She was so pleasant and great. Words can’t express our gratitude.

Far exceeded our expectations after being rejected by Apartment communities not nearly as nice.
I am happy to report that I did get an official approval from Cedar Gardens . My move in date is 9/5/2023 and I just wanted to say thank you for all your help.

So Wynwood Apts denied me because I’m in eviction. However, GVA, who denied me a few weeks ago, re-examined my application and I went and signed a lease yesterday! I’m picking the key up tomorrow. Thanks for all your help.

UPDATE: I sent a letter to the Judge requesting the Eviction be removed from my background record. I was sent the link to check to see how others checking my background would be viewed. When I checked the link, it wasn’t even there.
The studio apartment that I was In Love with got rented. There is another one in the same complex of MAA Frisco Bridges that Samantha sent to me. It will be available on October 8th to view: #1240, 714 sq ft., $1005.00 per month on a 13month Lease. So, I am still looking. In fact, I called today and MAA also has a studio apartment just opened up for least: #1357, 799 sq ft., $1357 per month.
Samantha is doing a FANTASTIC job of helping me with my credit repair. I will be writing the letters today to send out. She literally went line item by line item with me yesterday on my credit report. Thank you, Samantha! Key Credit Repair NEVER did that, and I’d been paying them since April and here I am in October and my credit is still not even in the 600’s.
Roy, I am hoping to land a part-time job soon to compensate for the $200 deficit in salary criteria, in terms of what MAA will work with me on.

she had an eviction balance that is $5700 it will be 7 years old in november so it will be removed.
she also had a civil judgment that is $250 she was paying rent of 850 at that time and another balance for a broken lease $5000
she paid all off and we update the credit bureaus to update her record.
she is very pleased for the assistance given she has asked to close her record and if she may ever need our help she will sign up again.
